Global Real Property Solutions (GlobalRPS) is a full service Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting Firm. It is our belief that real estate appraisers have an obligation to their clients to provide timely and accurate market value estimates. It is our promise, as licensed appraisers, to arrive at the estimated market value of the subject property in a timely and accurate manner using only accepted appraisal practices and methodologies. We promise to put forth our best effort on behalf of the client. We can think of no other way to do business.

Experience
Brian G. Shifrin is the president and founder of GlobalRPS and has been involved in the Real Estate industry as a Realtor since 1998. Brian is a Certified International Property Specialist, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and a Certified Residential Appraiser. GlobalRPS first recognizes the specific needs of each client and then relies on our uniquely diverse backgrounds, as Realtors and Appraisers, to meet and exceed expectations.

Clients will also receive updates via e-mail and/or fax daily and when there is a status change to their order.
